Phone rings firstEligible handoverUseful personal callback

The existing business number rings normally first. An eligible missed call then hands over, the essential message is captured and a callback brief is prepared.

01 · Call flow

Your number stays yours. The receptionist steps in only when needed.

Clients keep calling the number they already know. Only eligible missed calls hand over to AI Receptionist.

Required evidence

See the missed-call workflow in under 90 seconds.

A real controlled walkthrough will replace this poster. It must show the existing number ringing first, an eligible handover and the resulting callback-oriented record.

02 · The useful result

A short conversation. A clear callback brief.

The receptionist gathers only what the business needs to understand the call, judge its urgency and make a useful personal callback.

03 · Operating model

One defined job. Clear human control.

AI Receptionist recovers a useful message when the business cannot answer. It structures the callback information and leaves advice, commitments and professional decisions with the business.

Setup · 05 steps

Set up in five guided steps.

The setup is guided, conditional on the existing phone service and checked with a controlled call before the workflow is relied on.

02Reviewer details

03Existing number

Confirm the mobile, office, landline or suitable VoIP number that should continue ringing normally.

04Handover conditions

Confirm the eligible conditions supported by the number and forwarding setup, such as no answer, busy, declined or unreachable.

05Controlled test call

Place a controlled test call and review the resulting call record before relying on the workflow.

04 · Questions

AI Receptionist, clearly answered.

01Do I need a new public phone number?

No. Clients continue calling the mobile, office, landline or suitable VoIP number they already know. The assigned forwarding number works behind the scenes where the existing service supports the required configuration.

02Does AI Receptionist answer every call?

No. Your phone rings normally first. Only calls that meet an eligible forwarding condition—such as no answer, busy, declined or unreachable—hand over to the receptionist.

03Can it book appointments, transfer calls or answer property questions?

No. Its defined job is to capture and structure the enquiry for a personal callback. Bookings, transfers, property advice, prices, availability and commitments stay with the business.

04How is the setup checked?

The setup includes a controlled test call and a review of the resulting call record before the business relies on the workflow.

05Is pricing public?

Not yet. Public pricing and inclusions have not been approved. Contact Market Ready to discuss the current workflow and setup.
